Ullivada is a yummy evening snack..Tea, ulli vada and rain..yumm..:)
- Onion : 3 nos, sliced
- Gram flour/ kadala maavu/ besan
- Turmeric Powder : a pinch
- Green chilly : 5/6 nos, chopped
- Ginger : 1tbsp, chopped
- Curry leaves : 2 springs
- Oil for deep frying
- Take ingredients 1 to 7 in bowl. Add a little water and mix well with your hands.
- Take small balls of this mix and press it between your palms.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry it until golden brown.
- Enjoy with your tea..:)
